We do not offer exchange or refunds. We package all products with care, but if your product arrives damaged please email us at soytruecandle@gmail.com with photos of your damaged items within 2 days of receiving.

We are not responsible for any lost or stole packages. Once the package leaves our facility and arrives at the postal facility, it is the postal facility's responsibility.
