We do not offer exchange or refunds. We package all products with care, but if your product arrives damaged please email us at soytruecandle@gmail.com with photos of your damaged items within 2 days of receiving. 

Most orders are shipped within 3-4 business days. If your order was placed within the weekend it will be shipped in normal business hours (Monday-Friday). We are not responsible for any lost or stole packages. Once the package leaves our facility and arrives at the postal facility, it is the postal facility's responsibility.

- Always trim wick before every burn

- Do not burn candle longer than 4 hours 

- Never leave burning candle unattended 

- Keep candle out of reach of children and pets

- Stop use when 1/2 wax remains at the bottom of jar
